Hello, I am Kreigan Brink, the founder of REA.

And, while renting for over 15 years, I too have shared some of these same frustrations.

So, after asking myself why can’t a property management company provide a service that proactively manages the property, with foresight, rather than with reactionary afterthoughts, I decided to make that change; and in turn created a management service, that focuses on improving bad practices, to better serve both groups of clients within the rental industry;    ………. property owners, and more importantly,        property residents.

And, how does a company manage with foresight rather than react with afterthoughts?

By simply asking questions……..

and, developing and implementing sound business practices,

based upon the weighted responses to those basic questions of resident services.
