REAL Equity Assets, Inc., was founded in 2000 by San Diego resident, Kreigan Brink, a 15 year apartment renting veteran himself, who began acquiring garden-style apartment buildings that same year. As a previously licensed appraiser and contractor and prior to founding, REAL Equity Assets, Inc., Mr. Brink provided 15 years of commercial cost estimating and engineering services, with a large local builder here in San Diego, after obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University.
Kreigan’s extensive range of experience have helped him develop both a deep understanding of property construction, operational and maintenance work costs and corresponding budget allocations that are required to adequately fund them.
As a licensed R.E. Broker in the state of California, and active member of numerous property management associations both locally and nationally, Kreigan continually strives to maintain one of REA’s (4) core values, “continuous proactive improvement”, by staying current with all legislative, technological and environmental trends that continually challenge the effectiveness of our service and the property management industry.
Kreigan’s years of experience as a property owner and property manager, have demonstrated that decisions implemented from a vested interest perspective produce more consistently sustainable and better quality living conditions over longer periods.
