Issue that presents imminent, accelerated or excessive property damage, loss of use or loss of resource/utility such as a plumbing leak, fire, smoke or other building related calamity:
- Call and leave an URGENT message at: 1 (800) 377-7173 or (619) 238-7325 ext. 32 (Either will be forwarded to the appropriate active manager)

Maintenance issues or rental issues/questions that do not present imminent, accelerated or excessive property damage, loss of use or loss of resource/utility:
