Monthly Rental Payments
All rents are due and payable, in advance, on the first day of each month. Payments should be in the form of a personal check, money order, cashiers check or cash and made payable to: Kreigan Brink
Write your address and the month your payment is to cover on your payment to assure proper credit. We do not accept post-dated checks or Credit Cards. Your rent will be considered late if it is not received complete in its entirety at our mailing address noted below or hand delivered to REA, Inc. by the 3rd day of the month. If your complete monthly rent is not received by no later than the 5th of the month for which it was due and payable, a $50.00 late charge will be automatically applied against your account.
Personal checks returned by the bank will cost you $25 for the first NSF and will require you to make all future payments in the form of a money order or cashiers check. In addition, your rent is then considered late and a late charge of $50.00 will also be due. All amounts due must be paid in full at time of notification.
Tenants shall pay to Landlord your monthly rent due and payable in advance on the first (1st) day of each month, except when that day falls on a weekend or legal holiday, in which case rent is due on the next business day. Rent shall be made payable to Kreigan Brink and mailed to:
